I would suggest that a part of the rating system be based on input from team
members.
For me, I don't mind new players or loosing (okay..I do mind that). But the
most important aspect of a team based game is communications and only players
are capable of judging this ability or the lack there of.

Yes I was thinking of asking what is important in a game:
1) Team play/co-ordination
2) Individual skill
3) Communication skills
4) Enjoyablity
5) ??? and others?
and then giving VPs for this. Nothing is hard and fast yet - still chucking
out ideas.
