I am a little surprised at the responses so far, apart from LT of course 
Just in case any of you don't know, the Neutrals are an allegiance in 4th
age, i.e. there are 3 allegiances, all of which can win.
It's not that, having missed the deadline, this guy would be all on his own.
He would be part of the Neutral allegiance.
