Does anyone know what (if anything) happens to PC loyalties if you
'successfully' issue order 300 (change tax rate) to a rate you're
already (currently) at?
For example, if I want to make certain it happens and have two
commanders give the order, and both are completely successful. Does
anything happen to loyalties when the 2nd commander is successful with
the redundant order?
I would guess that nothing would happen, but I don't know exactly how
the program treats this situation.
