What happens in an hex where you have a dragon encounter and you have 2 or more characters? could you answer the encounter with another character? do you have to answer with the character that had the encounter?

If they are in company you can choose who answers the encounter.
If they are not, you can still try to “steal” the encounter with the other character, but there is a high chance that the character that has the encounter gets to answer first, which will then be a “FLEE” if you don’t give 285 order.
So do try to “steal” it if you want, but prepare for it not happening.
