If to recruit a dragon you must offer artifacts should the Character with the encounter have the artifacts on his person???

Or anyone responding to the encounter. You have to have what you’re offering with you, gold being the exception(which I find strange, if dragon gets gold from treasury maybe he could taxi your char there too?)

Cheers mate. BTW if you are FLEEing make sure you use the 285 order. I have had numerous chars toasted by not doing this. Look at it like this. The 285 reactions are done 1st with the 285 FLEE being last in that list. Then the last thing is what I call the NO Reaction FLEE, meaning you ignore it and don’t submit the 285 order. Then assume the dragon makes its random response before this NO Reaction order but AFTER the 285s. Its entirely possible that even if the lists say you can get away by doing nothing that in fact you are effectively signing the chars death warrant. If you’re not bothered thats ok, but think that if you know a high level char is at a location don’t you usually 215 without thinking about it. My advice if in doubt use the 285, its a life-saver.
