Hi all
A quick question re dragons recruitable for artifacts. has anyone done this before? If so - do you need the artifact on the encountering character? Or do you just need an artifact on your turn sheet? I had heard rumour that the artifact is chosen at random from the nation’s list.
Any sensible experiences will be greatly appreciated

When an ally encountered Leucaruth he replied one arefact to avoid having Urzahil eaten.
It was a random artefact he lost from memory. I’m about 90% sure.
It was about 10 years ago and a Dkt Lt ally.

Yes, have done it. Turukulon works on 2, and yes he does take the artifacts. Its always been off of the character when I’ve done it, but that doesnt mean that they aren’t random from the nation list.
It may also be Dragon-Specific. Turukulon certainly takes the toys. Corlagon was rumored to join without taking the toys, with something in the encounter along the lines of “your show of respect in offering such treasures is good enough”
