Hi Folks

In my last game a dragon joined the biggest army which was not commanded by
the charkter with the greatest overall rank nor by the best commander....

I thought it was the commander with the highest challenge rank. The only time
I've done this though the Highest challenge rank was my highest skill rank.

ahh a great mystery where does the dragon go?

suggest you look at a lot of your old turns and find a theory that
fits

As far as I've been able to tell, the gold medal goes to the highest
sum of skill ranks (excluding stealth, but including skill artifacts.)
I mananged to juggle artifacts and get dragons into three different
armies at one time in one game using this formula, and it always
worked.
