If the turnsheet says "due date before 1-Feb-2001", then when is the
actual deadline (in GMT)?
10AM on the 2:nd, or 10AM on the 1st???

FINAL deadline is 10am on the 2nd. I guarantee that if players leave it to
the last though that there will be missed turns... Please allow time
for emails to get to us - they can be anything from seconds to hours - the
longest was 12 hours that we could verify!
