Although I've played this game for quite some time, it was with GSI
in the U.S. and by regular mail. Now that I'm back playing by e-mail
I can't figure out how I'm supposed to get in touch with the other
players.(You just sent cards in with your turn before) Did I miss
this in the house rules? If someone could explain this to me, it

You can send us an email with the diplo inside that if you want - it does
not have to be 3x5 if you have more to say.
