Easterling set-up

Unfortuantely they are now set in stone. Sorry guys... A number of players
on the one side were not a fan and as the Dark Servants appear to win 55/45
I am not too worried about them doing well...

Clint

Subject: [mepbmlist] Easterling set-up

From: ColinForbes <timewyrm@suilven.demon.co.uk>

Mike Barber raised some valid points over the disposal of the Easterling
pop centres in the Euro Champ games. I agree that the way the
settlements were divided up in game 17 seems about right. The QA and
Long Rider need the additional pop centres to compensate for the loss of
the Easterlings as a position, whilst the Northmen also benefit greatly
from the northern settlements.

However if the game already underway between the Germans and
Scandanavians has the Easterlings reduced to rubble as outlines by
Clint, then I suppose we had better be consistant and stick with that
set-up. I'm not a fan though as I think it will make the DS position
very much weaker. I'm sure our Eothraim and Northmen players gearing up
to face the Americans will welcome this news.

Colin.
