Hi Colin (et al) to start off with I was not really expecting a big set-up.
But with the Americans coming on board and other teams joining in the fun if
teams do want to play more than one game at a time, and assuming I can find
the opposition, then I would be happy to run them. This would mean that
probably players would join the World Champs in preference to normal games I
would guess - but that is fine as well.
I look on this as a way to get some sort of world ME enjoyment - I am not
particulary in a rush to see a winner!
Clint

Clint says of the game set-up (especially the Easterling settlements)...Unfortuantely they are now set in stone. Sorry guys...
A number of players on the one side were not a fan and as the Dark
Servants appear to win 55/45
I am not too worried about them doing well...We should obviously accept this. I know Mike Barber has reservations
based on his experience in game 17, but perhaps we will be able to make
a better judgement on this set-up when a few games have been played. So
long as all games are played on the same field (as it were) it doesn't
really matter what shape that field is. It will make winning as the DS
more challenging, but then any team which DOES win as the DS will
deservedly be doing very well in terms of overal championship
performance. One question though (for Clint really, though others may care to
comment), is it envisaged that each team will only play one championship
game at a time? For reasons of finance I'd personally prefer this, but
the whole thing might take forever.Colin.
