I got the same problem with that, and they did not received any of my 3
times send turn submissions.

Are others experiencing the same email delays? I've noticed auto-
ack delays for the last two weeks, many of them longer than 8
hours. This last weekend, I sent in two turn submissions and
neither was received according to Rob. Something seems to be
causing a bottleneck on one side or the other of the pond.
