Too late for my guy, dead as a deady dead thing can be.
Updating the Wikki is cool if people have the time!
THis was also on Bobbins site but I had to dig deeper than I did to find it.
Thanks for all the replies though!

Cool.
As a reminder to players on the list, MEGames DOES have an encounter wiki you can check. It has a lot of old encounter stuff from an earlier site, some of which has been updated, but if you have an encounter, you should check there first to see what might be available. But in the case of the Pukel Guardian (introduced in 2950, and exists in 4th Age also) they don’t have an entry for Flee. It should be “escapes” because I have just ignored the encounter more than once and never had a problem. However I find it too cumbersome to arrange to be able to update the wiki myself… If it was easier and folks actually updated the encounter wiki on a regular basis, it would be more helpful.

I did killed the pukel-man with a mage with 60 challenge rating. You win an artifact and a small skill boost, but no gold or lost spell.

Heh, sorry I missed this., might have warned against reacting at all. The pukel-man has killed many an unwary traveller – best idea is to ignore the encounter (auto-flee works fine), and I hear that doing a 900 0 or two can work to get the artifact. Or just do a camp or whatever and move on. Emissaries have no business messing with magic! But then again, the pukel-man has killed agents, mages and commanders too…
