IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION ABOUT ENTS
1)HOW LONG DO YOU WANDER IN FANGORN FOREST BEFORE YOU FIND THEM?

  1. WHAT IS THERE STRENGTH? ( RUMER 20K )

  2. ARE THEY WORTH LOOKING FOR?

  3. DO THEY DO ANYTHING TO FORTIFICATIONS?

  4. IS TREEBEARD A SEPERATE INCOUNTER?

  5. PLEASE INCLUDE ONLY FACT NOT A GUESS!!

In game 83 playing the Sinda I have following experience.

  1. I placed armies in Fargorn i two hexes all the time. I got the first Ents after 2 turns and had two teams of ent attached to armies at the same time. (Ents & Ents and Hurons). So to my experience, the turn up pretty quickly.

  2. Don’t know, only battled while already superiour

  3. Of the good things I experienced where that the Ents stay with the army for very long. 4-7 turns I think it was

Curious if the encounter you were in had TREEBEARD! There is a rumer that there are three seperate encounters for ENTS!

#1) TREEBEARD all by himself an NPC encounter no real proof of this!

#2) TREEBEARD and the ENTS said to be worth 35K offence.

#3) The last very rarely seen and seldom encountered in the game of Middle Earth games. HUROUNS,ENTS joined by TREEBEARD.This encounter is said to be by a veteran player worth 65K OFFENSE. IMPOSSIBLE to stop if the ents are in an army with some good size and you have some backup commanders!

 These are all just fiction at this time nobody has posted any real info on these in any area of middle earth web sights! Curious why? mabye it is some sage secert, and they will be shot if they post any info on these encounters. However if they are just as strong as dragons why not share the info.  Post it so the free can gain some ballance in the pbm game against the ds getting a dragon every three turns.  In my current game i captured the pop center at 3017 and have had four battles with dragons. I have had the privilage of winning every time so far had the ds outnumbered 3 to 1 but very little of my army lived thru the battle hard to replace 3500 hi. Please  post what you know to be true! No rumers without solid info please!

There are also “Skinbark Ents”.

All are around 25k in combat value and they also act as war machines (cutting through enemy fortifications).

I have never seen ents as a character encounter, only army encounter.

Automatically recruited into FP armies.

Yes, they will smash DS armies dumb enough to wander into Fangorn.

HOW ABOUT TREEBEARD ,ENTS ,AND HURONS! I have ben told that this encounter is the best one to get worth 65k off? only rumor right now no facts to back it up!

Treebeard is an NPC who can join with the Ents. So you can see Treebeard and Ents, Ents and Huorns or just Ents.

Strengths can vary. Best to only hope for 10,000 strength and then you don’t get stung. Will see if I have any details based on past turns with scouts. Best way to see how effective they were.

Auto only in the sense you need do nothing to get them. However they may decide not to join your army. I have twice in current game have huorons and ents give me the finger as my army passed by." Waving limbs "is my interpretation of a ent giving the finger.

Perhaps it is a nation-based army encounter? RR can recruit them, this i know, but does anyone know of other nations that have?
