No. 
But I will admit that the company I work for once tested the idea of using
the net to hold conferences (saves on airfares). We were supplied those
little cameras and told to test them.
So we logged onto the net, found some chat rooms that had cameras, and
prompty realised that we have sick people out there.

p.s the company decided against using the cameras. Seems the picture quality
and speed is just too low.
