rules of LA, it would be better if

RD: random means that the numbers are scrambled. Therefore art no1 is
highly unlikely to be RoW, 175 is highly unlikely to be RoC etc. The odds
are over 200-1 against. Also in 4A new arts have been added, but the total
number remains the same, so there's no way of knowing which ones have been
deleted for any particular 4A game.
Obviously this means that in LA, I can't specify (with a few exceptions!)
which arts are to go to which nations, so I've given an appropriate number.
Obviousy FP only get good/neutral and DS evil/neutral.
