Okay we're doing the last call for the FtF and OGame. Anyone want in? At
present the FtF game is definitely on for the Friday 28th-Sat29th Dec.
We'll start early Friday. Kipping space is available. The online game is
looking very iffy though with only 3 players interested. So unless I hear a
big cry for it I won't be running it unless you wanted to run Battle of the
Five Armies?
Face to Face Game
For those interested a deposit of �15 will be charged to your account with
your permission (which you must explicitly give us). If you are then unable
to make the event that money is not
refundable. For those that do make it to the event you will have that money
refunded to your account. In addition we will reduce the turn costs by �1
and �1.50 (if 2 nations are run) per turn.
If you are able to make the event but don't authorise and pay the �15
deposit then you can still turn up but we'll charge you at the normal costs
of running turns. This way we can get a guaranteed player base for the 2
days with a financial incentive to get everyone in. Closing date for the
deposit is Friday December 7th 12noon.
Then I can work out what format of game we can run and how many GMs we need
to help out on the day. It will be
either 10vs10 (no Neutrals) or 12vs12. On the day any Riddle that requires
an answer we'll put in for you (not the Demand Obediance for Dragons and
similar types though). No major edits will be done but if we have time
we'll do SMALL quicky edits. We'll likely use the quick version of the
print program which is not as nice but is quicker so that we can get more
turns out.

Nations you are happy to play (DS and FP preferred and as many choices as
possible): 10vs10 format and 12vs12 format
10vs 10 will have the Neutrals removed, 12vs12 will have the Neutrals
allocated as per the World Champs, with a Fort on 1910 and 4217. On the
Friday 7th (or Monday following) I will work out the team placements and
send any last minute emails. Friday start at 10am finish late, Saturday
similar. It's always useful if we can get a couple of players running 2
nations just in case someone gets knocked out early.
