Face to Face Game of ME?

Hi All,

We are seeing if there is interest for a Face to Face Weekend Game of ME maybe in August.

This normally consists of a team meeting in Cardiff and a US team interacting by Skype.

How exactly do these work? Is it like a two hour turn around, a whole game played on the weekend?

That is essentially it although I have not taken part in one, sort
of why I want one to happen.

Arrive Friday, socialise, see turn zeros I guess.

Process Sat/Sunday for an agreed amount of turns.

Turnaround is something like 1.5-2 hours, is fun pressure.

The logistics are an important detail. Another key item would be the Cost. Can you fill us in about that, or is it just another game @ $SetUp + $7.90/turn…?

I believe its a flat fee for the whole weekend, I will ask people
that ran it before.
I recall that it was in the region of £100 for the whole event, so
more turns you manage to run the better value it is, unless its
agreed victory judged one turn X?
