It would not allow such a victory - if would have to be FA with some
agreement on splitting the Strategic PCs as appropriate.
We could arrange that the stats of the characters are upped - or extra
points to spent - that sort of thing.

They wouldn't need to declare at all. Remember, the winner would be the
player with the most *total* points in his/her five nations.Not convinced how this would work within the game system. If the Dark
Servants are wiped out by the Free PEople's (or vice versa) then, as I
understand it, the software will inist that the game has ended,

Yes, on both sides of the Atlantic. Couldn't tell you the game numbers
off the top of my head, but it has happened a few times from what I have
heard.Again, not sure that the software would permit a neutral Ring victory.
