Another newbie question dealing with armies and food :confused:

Army A : plenty of food
Army B : no food

Both on same hex

If B transfers army (#780) to A, will the merged army be considered as short of food regarding movement or will it move at full rate ?

Same question with the Divide army (#765)
If B fully divides in a new army C, will it move at reduced rate or full rate ?

Thank you for sharing your knowledge about this confusing (but so great) game.

Roots,

Go to the middleearthgames web site, into Library & Links and you will find an artical titled Food and Armies. This will tell you all you need to know.

But in short as long as your army has 1 food then it can march as if it is fully fed.
