Has been up down intermitently over the last 2-3 days.
The database server that runs is has been crashing, this is under investigation and a script has been writtent that checks if its running every minute and if not, restarts it.
However, on top of this the network provider that gives the forum computer its internet link is itself having problems. This is rare but we are at the whim of them solving things for now.
So just keep checking the forum.
