I'm looking at the front page I received with my most recent turns.
Obviously, when a turn is actually run, it lists that nation as
'processed'.
I'm wondering what exactly 'inactive' means. Does that mean that the
nation is out, or just that orders where not submitted for that turn.
And lastly, are there additional categories as well?
