Waiting List: When I get all 25 (or 24 for Gunboat) nations into the game I
will allocate you your choice of nation from the list of nations that you
have sent me - please send multiple nation choices.
Upto 2 nation game: You can play one or two Aligned nations, or one Neutral

15/3 Player report: Me 67 free win after 26 turns
The game started with some co-ordination problems as Noldo missed their
first turn and �othraim told
Their strategy EVERYONE, even the DS. Fortunately the strategy was changed,
and each and every army in range showed up in Thuringwathost on turn two.
�othraim and Northern Gondor won this battle, slaying 11000 orcs, and went
on to destroy Durthang on turn 4. The north western gate should be sealed
from now on.
Further burning of Mordor was stopped as Grasty overran the invaders,
causing three �othraim
casualties on turn 4. Mirkwood was cleared in record time by excellent and
lucky Dwarves. (We'll come back on this ;-)), Woodmen and Sinda In the west,
Rhudaur went free early and drove Murazor
from Angmar in the blink of an eye. Dunlendings went evil at about turn 6
and declined at turn 11 without much resistance.
Easterlings went free as well and broke through the backdoor with 2300
Cavalry. This forced the Long
Rider to divert forces there and Rhun and Rhovannion would not see dark
armies for a long time.
Instead, some four thousand Northmen made a trip south to Lug Ghurzun, , ran
out of food in the plains, and.. went back north !
By this time, both Harad and Corsairs had joined the forces of Sauron to
make it more of a game. But luck was against them, and only one fleet of
about five managed to reach the shore with the other ones sunk or overrun.
By turn 12, it looked as if the game was to be over pretty quickly. But the
formerly lucky dwarves lost one army after another to agents, totalling
about 10000 soldiers disbanded at game's end and 19 characters
assassinated/kidnapped Artefact superiority was with the Servants as only
the Ring of Curufin could be claimed by the Elves, and all initial agent
artefacts were stolen by dark agents.
Gondor was reunited under prince Celdrahil as the former NG-player had
dropped and saw a hard time from now on. About two character losses a turn,
and the building of 55 war machines instead of a bridge over the Anduin
nearly sealed the end of Northern Gondor which did not recover until the
end. You might wonder, how the free managed to win in this agent world.
Well, so did we. The excellent Sinda killed Ren and Din O in PC, and then,
their masterpiece, doubled Mr. Cloud Lord, Ji Indur himself.
His reports showed us, that orthography was with the free, as about 1 in 3
of his assassination orders
Was misspelt. Further doublings of the RoW-bearer proved the same. The Free
used their superior economy and sent one army after another to Morannon,
that finally fell to a Cardolan war machine assault. Argeleb got through to
Barad Dur and burned the Dark Fortress, whereas the Northmen despite some
serious problems with the Long Rider at the home front joined the bonfire in
Mordor plains. With the last town in Mordor plains about to be burned and
four free emmie companies going, the Servants finally dropped.
Interestingly, the free had only one capable agent (and Tharudan, who was
cursed to death before
reaching great heights) and no curse squad at all. But sheer manpower won
the war for us.

Thanks to everyone in the team for great co-ordination and support. My poor
�othraim were receiving
Unselfish gold sendings from every nation when needed (i.e. all the time).
No free nation has ever come in serious danger of being eliminated.
30/1 Two Face to Face events planned: One in the UK one in the US.
UK Game: We're now planning a Cardiff game July26 (Fri) - 28th (Sun) So far
we have 18 (+4 possibles) players for that. For those that that can't make
the Friday it's fine to have turns run by someone else for the Friday.
(Start early Friday afternoon).
US Game: Venue to be arranged. One in Minneapolis (very likely) and one in
Washington DC/Las Vegas OR Chicago Date 14-16th June (Fri-Sun) and 8-10th
June (Sat-Mon) . Same format as below. 67 players interested
UK: A deposit of �15 is needed per position. Turns cost �2.90 for the 1st
position and �2.50 for the 2nd position per turn.
US costs: $4.10 or $3.50 for the 2nd position, with $50 for flight and $25
deposit. (I estimate around $125 for US players for the w/end plus whatever
expenses you have). With 18 turns run.
