Okay, thanks to Darrell Swoap we have now got a new forum available. We
want to use that one instead of the one that we presently are using, as
Darrell's is superior with many chunky extra bits that we like, and we're
pretty sure you will as well.
With that in mind please create new threads on:
We'll support both that and the pbmforum for a while until only the halo one
will be used. We can't transfer threads I am afraid but that shouldn't be
a problem after a few weeks of using the new one.
The current forum at www.pbmforum.com will be closed in a couple of months
and we will redirect www.pbmforum.com to the halo site instead.

We are delighted to announce the release of Automagic 2003a. This new
version contains many new features and is more robust than the previous
version. We strongly encourage you to visit the web site to download it.

* Turn Orders Version Numbers
* Scenario Import Module spliced into the system (fills in game data for
you)
* Accepts economic data from XML
* Better explanation of the warning on the Send sheet for errors in the turn
* Bugs fixed: too many characters; no armies; several punctuation issues
illegal zeroes; incorrect spell types; other obscure order combos
* Look and Feel improved
* Army Calculator improved
The changes:
* Capital data has been rearranged in the XML, so that older AM will no
longer successfully import capital data in certain situations.
The following new games are filling up.
1000 2wk [Game 45]: 20 available. (30/1)
1650 2wk [Game 80]: 21 available. (30/1)
2950 2wk [Game 221]: 17 nations available. [16/1]
1650 3wk [Game 119]: 10 available. Prisoners and many postal players
involved. Upto 2 nation game. (19/11/02)
Bofa 2wk [Game 113] Beginners game: 1 new player 1 experienced available.

When I get all 25 nations into the game I will allocate you your choice of
nation from the list of nations that you have sent me - please send multiple
nation choices as this helps to get everyone their 1st or 2nd choices - if
too many choose only 1 nation the system falls apart. All nations are
potentially available until I set up the game.
Descriptions of the type of game follow - please check this when contacting
me with regards playing in that game. When joining with allies please tell
me so that I can help out. You cannot join 1650/2950 games as Neutral with
an aligned or Neutral ally.
Upto 2 nation game: You can play one or two Aligned nations, or one Neutral
nation.
2 nation game: You must play two nations.
Note please ask for variant games we can try to get you opposition for them
if you are interested - mostly Grudge teams though - if I get 10 players for
any single type of game then I will put it up for general availability below
and push it;

1000: None
1650: Steve Johnston (12DS)
2950: Alan Gourlay (12 FP), Robert Alidori
I have drop-outs available - don't forget you get a free turn for taking
these up...
E [Early] = 0-10 turn, M [Midgame]= 11-20, L [Late game] = 21+ [A= Aligned
if a Neutral, N= not aligned if a Neutral, P = Postal and Email game, G=
