The only way for the billing to be done "fairly" is to determine the fee for
each turn based on the exchange rates the day (minute?) the turn runs. But
that sounds like something that would increase Admin costs ... hmmmm.

Is less than $6 too much to pay for a turn? I remember GSI and DGE rates
being a bit higher but don't recall seeing any complaints on their message
board. Why the fuss now?

Ok, I have kept quiet on this issue, but after this last comment I
just couldn't keep my mouth shut any longer...

1) Being a US player all of my correspondence in performed via e-mail
and my turns are delivered the same way.

2) I am an experienced ME player and do not ask the Harly staff for
help. If I need help I come to this message board.

3) I had moved to Harly from DGE prior to the "forced move" in order
to play with my "new" teammates. No new demands were created for the
Harly staff as a result.

4) The UK player 5% CC charge versus the US players CC doesn't seem
valid. Harly is getting the same cash from me due to me paying
through the on-line payment feature. Therefore this 5% comparison is
bogus. If there is a fee that is placed upon Harly for each of my
payments, charge me that fee when I do so.

The net response is that I would prefer to continue paying for my
account exactly as I do now. A higher cost for US players as opposed
to a UK player just doesn't seem to add up. Especially if this UK
player is a postal player. Then I would strongly assume that the
reverse is true.

Dilip,

I can't speak for everyone, but for for me it isn't a matter of
price, it is a matter of fairness. I don't care about the exchange
rates. I just want to be treated like any other UK player (even
though I live in the US). All interaction for my account is done
electronically and I do not pursue any special attention. This would
seem to rule out any mumbo jumbo about me being more expensive to
maintain than a UK player.

Often in life for me it isn't a matter of price it comes down to a
matter of "principal" and this is one of those issues.
