Do you guys know who originally started this thread? I’ve checked the forum database and the thread, as you can guess no longer exists and all posts associated with it appear to be gone as well. That would be a symptom of deletion, but I don’t have any proof of that either. 
What really sucks is that even if we find out what happened, it doesn’t look like it’s recoverable. So naturally, I’m going to poke around and see what I can do prevent frivolous thread deletions (if that’s what happened) as well as implement a backup procedure that will hopefully let me restore data, assuming I can restore bits and pieces and not have to revert the entire forum to recover one thread.
i believe it was the long silent DDACT who originally posted.
