The new Government of the People`s Republic of Rhun would like to
announce the overthrow of the former leadership. As a result a number
of steps have and will be taken;
[1] Immediate cessation of hostilities; our armies will withdraw from
the Northmen Capital. We expect the Dog Lord army at our village 3220
to also withdraw.
[2]We will reclaim the pop.centre at 4217.
[3]We call upon all nations to send their envoys to our capital and
declare what bargains they would make for our allegiance.
[4]We wish to hear from opur neutral brethren.
[5]We would like to hear all accounts of the War so far.
[6]It is our intention to Declare our Allegiance on or before t16,
however any act of aggression from either side will be seen as an Act
of War. We are not responsible for the actions of our predecessors
and the fate of our Allegiance has yet to be decided. We look forward
to receiving all emmissaries,
Has there been some mistake? Is it game 234 that you
speak of? If not, I would like to relay the
following.
Your points are all well taken. We wish to shed some
light on recent events. The Dog Lord army at your
village north of Mordor saved your pop. center from
certain destruction at the hands of Warlord Adrahil of
Southern Gondor. The mage Kryshnak challenged and
killed his foolish opponent. Bulrakur, one of your
fellow servants of Sauron, is there as a protector and
nothing else.
The former Rhun leadership declared for Sauron, so are
we right to assume you will continue on this path?
In your region the Dwarves are proving an admirable
opponent, but the Northmen have been eliminated as a
nation. The Long Rider cut him up will great skill.
In Mordor, the Cloud Lord nation is no more. They
went bankrupt-- no more words should be wasted on
their incompetence.
Pelargir flies the banner of the Witch-king. The
Quiet Avenger and Azgurath of my nation is there to
press our advantage.
Mirkwood is falling to the Free. They have been
relentless, but I believe Dol Guldur still stands.
Mt. Gundabad AND Mt. Gram both stand and are secure
for now. A Witch-king army is roaming Eregion,
destroying whatever lies in its path.
We look forward to hearing back from you.

It is indeed G234 that i have just joined.
I am intrigued, but at a loss at your words.
Our predecessors have not officially declared their change of
allegiance, therefore it is a matter we have to discuss internally.
Our armies are at the Northmen capital facing one of their armies,
with the Dwarves nearby, indeed all around us.
At our camp we have Bulrakur and the mage Krusnak. All of this is
true, but we have no evidence that the Northmen are gone, and would
wish to consider our position carefully before we act. There is no
sign of Dark Servant armies in our region.
The People`s Republic of Rhun will change Allegiance by t16 [no
later] that is a promise, but as yet we may be swayed, despite the
promises of our corrupt former leader! Therefore we would wish to
hear all sides of the story before we decide on what to do. Thank-you
for your words, we will answer in due course,
Jyganoth.

The Dark Tower of Barad-dur sends you the following
message:
The Eye has turned toward the Sea of Rhun. One of our
beloved minions Din Ohtar has fallen to a Free blade
in that region, and the Ring of Curufin was lost to
us. We suspect Lindal, but will confirm it soon.
Will the Easterling tribes join forces with us to
conquer and subject those lands? The Long Rider's
presence has dimmed, and we need you to push back the
Khazad invaders from the north. Dwarves, always
greedy for gold, have turned their lust toward your
lands!
The War rages on in Rohan and Gondor. We have made
substantial gains into these regions, with an army
under Azgurath deep in Southern Gondor threatening
Free camps, and another army under the banner of my
Lieutenant Gothmog doing the same in Rohan. Our
economy has grown great in the past month. With the
added finances, will we will be able to support an
army of heavy cavalry large enough to completely
overrun the Free.
Northern Gondor must be hurting after losing two towns
(inner Mordor), two camps, Osgiliath, Bar-en-Tinnen
(3026), and Pelargir, which is now flying the flag of
SGondor. They must be a heavy financial burden to the
other Free. And our emissaries take a village from
SGondor every fortnight.
With the Quiet Avenger able to build her base in the
Harad lands, she will soon be able to field an army
large enough to storm SGondor. They have faced
virtually no opposition since the war's beginning.
We have not heard from the Corsairs and Khand
Easterlings in quite a while.
Hopefully this report is full enough to your liking!

I thank you for the report, as information is in short supply during
this war.
At the moment i can tell you little of interest from my people`s
realm; there are only two armies on the map; one of each allegiance
and far apart from one another. You might even say it is dull! Our
rebuilding work is going well after the decadence of the previous
regime, we have had to retire troops to do this so are in no position
to strike against the dwarves, who seem quiet south of the river
anyway. However on t15 we will let both allegiances know which we
wish to join.
