Oh woe is me.
The corsairs and QA swap M/T's (cosairs get vamag with a threat, QA gets
Eradas with a fight). Then the corsairs get a camp/fort with a second
threat
to make that turn a (rare) southern victory for the losers (ie the free).
I'm left to add troops for the battles (seems people love me for my money,
not my looks or armies), and grab a defenceless north gondor town (first
enemy pop centre I get to keep ?). But I've lost a bet to be the first DS
to
cross the river (we got a decent army with dragon across last turn). I'm
blaming SG for that loss (defeating his huge army at 2732 slowed me down
enough to make me lose the bet), so I want to say up front that I'm going
to
repay SG for his favour. Lets see SG survive a direct attack for once.
Come on then........ Then lets see you survive the counter-attack.
If it wasn't for the stunning DS victories all over the board, I would
start
worrying we might be losing the game. At least I'm not getting weighed down
with huge numbers of great free items that I can't use (its really starting
to annoy someone else in our side).
Well if he would kindly leave them all in a pile I am sure I could come
along and pick them up. For a small fee of course <g>.
Any chance the free could call it quits now ? We can then play the reverse
game, win that on T10 as well, and I can hope to start in the new 2950 game
without having to pay for any other games (I hope Clint isn't reading that
bit).
Don't expect to remove me from the game so easily. I will still be here
on turn 52 when the came is declared officially over. They haven't got rid
of me in Game 22 yet.
