Why not wait a turn or two ? He will be losing his initial army soon (all
that time stuffing around fishing, and now they die - what a bummer). Then
we will sink his returning fleet (I hope the corsairs fleet can make room
for it on the bottom of the sea). I forget the timetable for removing his
characters, wasn't that to also start soon ???
No surprise about me losing my Initial Army. Besides it has already been
replaced by more troops in Gondor.
