Hello,

Excuseme if this is not the right way to do it but it is my first time and I am not pretty sure how to do it.

I would like to rise a question :

If at turn X one of my playing characters (emissary) has an encounters with a dragon and survives to it....if still the character remains at same place afterwards, could it be that he could have another encounter next turn X+1 with the same dragon at same hex?

Very unlikely. Dragons move after an encounter is resolved, and while
I suppose it's possible that they could move to the same hex, I've never
seen it happen.

Of course, a different dragon might land there.
