The market - season change deflates prices or inflates them depending on what the seasons are, DS buyout of steel last turn thus I presume they all sold anything bar metals thus are holding little in stock thus market falls further - am I getting close?

The Duns are going Free 
This was a hard decision to make for I really wanted to work with Rhu & WK and knock out a few Free nations but while myself going Free makes the NW more difficult for the DS I wish them all especially Andrew the best of luck.
