This is like the last one–on paper, I should win–but, when the dust settles, more often than not, the better players win. I hate to say it, but ya’ll are better players than me…
Your going to the QA capital was all my evil plan yes, I will sacrifice it to trap all your fleets there, the mighty Corsair fleets are getting ready to spring the trap on you All this is happening while North Harad is preparing to fall.
Oops, realised I’ve not taunted you in a while… Morannon should fall this turn, dragons could stop that but heh…
NW is now nearly all ours, but no doubt we’ll be scrabbling over that for a while. Harad is a bloodbath and probably still up for grabs. Artefacts, well a mixture of good and bad.
The unwinnable war in the Rhun area has been (mostly) won and other than Dudannis meeting an untimely death things are good there.
Eothraim are glad to say that finally troops numbers are depleted to the point where we can sustain a few additional recruits to the team… whew…
T’was a hard start to the game, and I suspect that things could go on a lot longer and let’s say I’m sort of glad you took out the Eothriam armies as there could have been trouble afoot in the near future there!!!:D:rolleyes:
Harad is at an impasse but despite the hordes thrown at us we held everything there. Ithil and surrounds are DS but we should be able to take that back in short order and I suspect that next turn we might take out the DkL capital (Dog lord fell this turn).
Mopping up operation in the NW and other externals meant that it was probably just a grind for us to take Scott out in the long run. Itemwise we’ve managed to reaquire a few bits and pieces which help us in the long run. Economy is now nicely stuffed, despite a successful buyout.
The team is now looking for new opposition so if you’re up for it get back to me.
Clint (player NM, Eothraim, Dwarves - what a combination!)
