Greetings,
I am Scavenger, First Proclamator for Teldumeir. I have just been
elavated to my high rank and would very much like to hear from the
envoys of ALL NATIONS of Middle-Earth. I have yet to hear from any
envoys of the Dark Servants. The Free have contacted me, why have
you not? My armies will not march anytime soon without knowledge.
If all the knowledge I gain is from the Free, what choice do I have?
I wish to learn from both sides then I will make my decision. The
faster I get the news, the more quickly I can decide.
