This is Monday morning on the east coast (USA) and afternoon your time
and I have still not received my turn that was ran on THURSDAY. I
have been sending messages everyday except Sunday and have only
received the autoreply. I have had nothing but good things to say
about your company until now. Where is my turn? I am trying here
since you haven't answered my other emails to the other email address.

Thanks for your email. We are hoping this will get through to you. It appears that Yahoo is having problems with their mail. We are getting a lot of players complaining that they haven't received their turns - and they are all on Yahoo. One player reported he got a turn of his - 5 days after it was sent. The 'Send' date was the day the game was run so the turns have been sent out. It just appears that Yahoo isn't processing the turns correctly. We will try again but we're not sure if the turns will make it. If you have another email address you can use, or have an ally you want the turns sent to, please let us know and we'll send the turns there. Please let us know if you need anything further.
