Thankyou and I agree…I wasn’t looking for dirt, just general confirmation of what I was 90% certain of. I’m well aware of what was and wasn’t done in the west and I’ve taken the high road of complimenting your better moves.
Besides, no one ever plays a perfect game…so even a successful position could be criticized to some degree.

And I had 130 or so command. And then a turn after you guys finally took all those toys off of me a brand new Dragon Lord icon appears in the middle of Mirkwood within marching distance of numerous undefended pops. Thus the sudden smattering of FP icons, a couple Woodies, Sinda from their city, even Northmen came over. That icon and the threat of those command toys moving down to the Sinda/Woodie pops was a real pain and put my nation at least a few turns back in hiring new armies off map (QA capital targetted…) and splitting out various cav armies to burn Misty camps (ie, what’s now on Gundabad again…).
It was somewhat typical of FP organization at that point when one considers that there was a Dwarf army from the Iron Hills guarding Eo pops, Woodmen guarding Sinda pops while the Sinda create then disband an army the whole while, Eothraim army guarding the Dwarf Iron Hills pops, and a Northmen force wandering somewhat aimlessly over until he just decided to kill himself on Lug G - and at some point during the existence of all these armies, they all actually had to cross over each others path to get to where the other was previously - it was, how shall I say, a reflection of the left hand not even knowing there was a right hand…

The arthedain command arties were at MT. Gunderbad this turn again! lol.
I had an A42 feeding one of them to Leucaruth there.
I had the dwarf arties on one of my warlords moving to threaten western PC’s.

I did stay home with the kids the year we were in Engerlund, but apparently they went feral under my tutelage. Mrs King said I’m never allowed to be in control of the kids education again In fact she said I’m never allowed to stop work again either until 10 days after I die. I’m not sure when that will be but I’m looking forward to the break

Oh my, I miss the days of many years ago fighting against the various Scotts (Nolan and another that slips my memory now…). Not sure if we ever got as good as those times, not to mention the days of newsletters. Ever see the shot of the beer keg with a sail on it…? Ah, those were the days, for sure… Now we’re left with the dregs of the dregs, where even a “barbeque at Osgiliath” post in the early game is exciting…everything’s relative. Now, which game are you going to bring relevance to…?

It looks like my first outing will be the new 2 week turnaround game. Last time I asked there were only two players registered and I don’t know who the other one is so I haven’t got in any fights yet but then again, even if there was only me playing fisty cuffs are probably inevitable :eek:
Not sure how Keith’s game’s going either. There were a couple positions unclear as to whether players were going to continue as of a week ago. If NG comes up I will take that. That would seem a long short at the moment though…

I put down the CL first. I’ve never played it before but he’s got a lot of recruiting towns so I figure I can field some pretty awesome Mordor armies
That’s an extremely odd choice for me if you think about it, but everyone knows you’re serious when you charge the walls of Minas Anor with Ji Indur at the head of 500 archers I’ll deny the NG those capital orders yet…
I’ll leave the other two choices for the day
