pleasant yule. We sincerely hope that the winter is not too terribly
biting. Here in the sunny southern climes, we have yet to feel its
effects.
The people have heard rumours of war amongst the decadent west and
the militant east. In such an event, the glorious people of the
Khand will not as of yet choose between such irresponsible paths.
Therefore, until such time as the other nations of Middle-Earth reach
our state of enlightenment, we will remain decidedly neutral.
That said, we are receptive to negotiations with all nations in all
camps. We especially send our warmest regards to our brethren by the
Rhun Sea and also the Corsairs of Umbar.

Greetings honourable Khandians!
The Grey company and the Elves of Mirkwood are riding side by side
again, and thousands of the warriors of Eriador are riding with us.
Arnor was fallen, but has finally risen again, under the dunedain
prince Aragorn. Mirkwood has long been gloomy and dangerous, but will
soon be cleared from evil by Thranduil and his captains. The rumour
you've heard is true. War is upon us and it is time to take sides.
You may feel that Saurons holdings are too close, and feel threatened
by the growing armies in Mordor, but that is the very reason why you
should join our alliance. Join us and we will support and protect
you, because we feel that your nation and its people are are of
uttermost importance for the future of all of Middle-Earth. While our
armies draw Saurons attentions away from the south, your nation could
decide the war by burning their southern towns with your famous
chariots riders! Let us unite the east and the west, and grind Mordor
to pebbles between our armies! Glory to the free!
