Besdies myself i now have 2 conatcts for this game, pretty sad but what does it matter to me much I am a neutral. But what is sad i have yet to be contacted by my closest neighbors; QA, CL, and BS.
But in all fairness if you have conatcted me i must have missed them…I have seen more conatc from the FP

Not to say the Rohirrim are not hospitable, but the uninvited presence of the LR and DrLo at 2520 is not welcome. Good thing we thought you might show up with your little doggies. The evasive mmov by the DrLo was clever, but will only cause him to lose his outpost and his army. Perhaps if you ask nicely next time you will receive a warmer reception.

Into turn 1 and the FP are definitely ahead on the basic foundation stones: Getting your contact details to the neutrals. I have some kind of contact detail for all 10 FP. All 4 of the other neutrals are similarly well mannered, but where are the DS? 
I have contact details for just 4! (Dog Lord, Blind Sorceror, Quiet Avenger & Dark Lieutenant.) I wonder if this obvious imbalance is giving the same bad vibes to the other neutrals as it is to me, and I wonder if the DS will take this subtle hint as an opportunity to catch up? 
I am sure they will take the hint, but from your post it sounds like the “damage” has allready been done.
