I'm just putting together issue 11 of News from Bree and would like to
print a correction to the endgame placings printed in issue 10 for game
28 (2950).
Game 28 - placings as published in Bree #10
1: Noldo
2: South Gondor
3: Khand
However, it appears that the Khand Easterlings had not declared. Am I
right in thinking that an undeclared neutral cannot place in 2950? If
this is the case, can anyone shed any light as to which Free People
really finished third?
