I agree about the camps. I do not plan to place camps in 4023, 4024, or
closer to your capital.

I also am not looking for any aggression at this time. I am planning on
seeing how the communication goes before I choice sides.

Hello, Barak Dun, I'm the Stonewarders. You won't be so glad to meet me!!

And for what it's worth, yes. It's WAY too early for the Storm of Change to
discuss an alliance with anyone. They and the other neutrals of the Mordor
area are going to have a wonderful opportunity to choose their side as your
ilk and mine begin our battle royale for the southeastern world.

Now let our duel commence. Fight well, Barak Dun, and fight with savvy.
For it is far more satisfying to defeat a skilled opponant than a dullard.
