Well to be honest the comments that you had killed and smashed the gondors was the most shocking statement I have ever heard to be honest. We had one guy get away and lost nothing. Twisting the truth is fine but it has to have some merit and to be honest how can one react when the other side is living in a fantasy that does not exist.
As regards the EO the minute you blow the bridge you know its going to be a hard game but frankly its not been that hard and the game was always to defend as the northmen and eo cannot fight all Mordor on its own.
Of course I did scalp the Dragon Lord in the process, but perhaps that was not good play going for it.
6000 troops lost so what I say what are they meant for but to die.
So the FK leaves all his nicely won stuff leaves the harad to die marches up north pays for all those troops, dies against the sindar with huge troops losses himself and then does what? The IK, CL and dog all send them troops up north and in the process do what? MY game was to defend, it was done and what did we lose?
Now in the meantime the Harad is gone in the south the rhu and wk much as one would expect on a good side and the qa well say no more.
But just because you lose 6000 troops how does that hurt?
Sure the loss of an good agents a pain but the rest mean nothng at all.
They are all army comms and as such you expect to lose them.
Ask me after the game for the emails on lanthir. Hell it looked like a trap just not the one we expected and he was sent to die, we made a choice on who to send.
I of course look at the cost of keeping all those troops to march them to the eo to die and though let them come on. From my view it looked good for me, of course since we are not playing the same tactics only time will tell.
Now having said I have defended from the off I have also said I will be atacking you now and I am sure you have seen those newly recruited cav armies. Dont expect me to defend any longer as I dont need to.
Now the Sindar is as happy as your CL I guess he lost guys as did we as I expect in this game as I said you grit yuor teeth and play on no matter what the losses and really dont worry about it. If not what are you doing playing in this game?
As I said what player leaves his capital undefended as per the Harad so one can take it?
Or leaves his biggest army in a hex unable to defend it?
Go on tell me that was great play and its a secret plan.
Or that you think the dragons will save you on 3124. Now had the FK sat back and defended OZ instead of wandering north would we have retaken it all with no defenders quite as easily?
You are throwing agents around and with no luck and thats not a game winner, if all you kill is one or two with your really big boys.
Trying to kill large commnders with armies on hidden pop centres is not a great idea and the fact you tried it tells me its not all well in the garden.
Of course prove me wrong but really the sindar really is not crying over the last go, just a little sad about one boy, but then as I said before if you dance you may die. Expected and dealt with, and why are we not unhappy, its the stealth bonus and nothing else. Thus a fair trade, though that is all luck and not any form of great play on our side.
Now as regards the northmen defending not sure thats true as they have to move west to get to you and unless you chop them what do you think those cav are going to do for instance or thos other armies?
The duns moved how far and the woddies to so what do you think all those cav boys are going to do?
Oh and dont think we are going to hit one hex so no dragon will save you.
But having said all that your side has declared victory, we have not lets see how the two sides play this game out.
Much as I would like to claim victory we still have a job to do to finish this and for me it makes for a good game.
As you have won not sure you can say the same now as the next 10 turns are just a matter of doing it.
So again what was with all the gondor stuff?
