I wish to apoligize to those On team Simpson who was looking forward to shuting me up and teaching me a lesson in this rematch… I was slotted to play NG which I looked forward to emensely at the start. But strategy on How NG forces was to be used including of NG blowing the Oz bridge I could not support… So I left for better team unity… If this makes me a bad player or bad team player so be it… In my book from my vast playing expierence Oz is that important to DS so It’s that Important for NG to defend it to the last man! So enjoy the game and My apoligies for not fighting against your team. Good luck to Both teams!

No that doesn’t make you a bad team player but actually a good one. The bridge is down so obviously that is what the team went with. I don’t force people in my team to do something they totally disagree with. I will argue with them as will others in the team but if they say no I expect them to put up arguements why. If they do so then we will work around it if we can’t win the arguement. There are good and bad reasons to go for the bridge blown strategy. Once it’s blown it helps the DS but allows NGo to do other things.
But the point of your question was does leaving make you a bad team player? No it doesn’t. Rather than be a negative force within the team you chose to be positive and leave it. As long as that is done with the Captain’s knowledge so that a replacement/cover can be found then that is a positive thing to do and you have my full respect. Maybe you would like to put a team together yourself and when we win this game, as we always do, we can take on you and your ideas.

I do believe that the Captain’s job is to lead, and help and facilitate discussion/arguement. Once the team decide on a way forward I expect my team mates to go with that and I will check and co-ordinate. If someone can’t do that then their leaving is actually a noble guesture if done in a positive and timely manner.
Long answer and sorry your not in this game but I would love the unbeatean Simpson team to take you on at sometime.
