Game 63 1650

At last, the secret plan comes to fruition!

Maledictions! That will curtail my project of the Dragon Lord navy.

Keep that pdf, I want to see them at game end. We promise not to delete our PDF´s of that turn, so that we can swap.

There is so little hard data on #14.

I know is waiting for us at Barad Dur: A big vulcano with a large hole for dropping rings into.

And of course you as DS confuse victory with unwashed orcs, for you it is the same.

Ok will keep the turns to swap at the end !!

Yes , there is that , where our great Lord made this ring and the others but first comes the Gaunlet to go through and we shall not make the mistake of pulling our troops to the black gate while someone sneaks in the rear !!

The game has not finished yet. Did the Ring bearer get lost on his way to his Doom?

We thought you had the Ring???

No i’m surplying the tea and cream cakes at the reception party before the ceremony of dipping the Ring in the fire :stuck_out_tongue:

Ian
Easterlings - Purveyor of exotic foods & King of Rhun/Iron Hills/Mirkwood

Guess we’ll bring the BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOZZEEEE,

Ian – It isn’t a dipping the ring in the fire party it is a bring the Lord Sauron back to his Mortal body party !!

Damn, now who was it who told me otherwise  Oh yes I think it was Elrond just before he caught a cold and was taken to his bed, his deathbed that is :stuck_out_tongue:

Still i’ve got the cakes, delights and tea ready for whatever party it is

Ian
Easterlings - Purveyor of exotic foods & King of Rhun/Iron Hills/Mirkwood

This looks like the final turn coming up, either the Free dip the Ring in the fire and win the game  or we stop them  in which case they might as well quit

I just didn’t think the Free had that many characters left  Well not for long

Hey Till (Harad) don’t you think its a bit late to go assulting Easterling towns, its not as though i’m short of a pop centre or 50.

Ian
Easterlings - Purveyor of exotic foods & King of Rhun/Iron Hills/Mirkwood

I think one character is enough  It is only one Ring

Just a diversion, , well it’s come down to this, not the way we wanted, but the only choice we had, great game guys,

So is my little cavalry army on the Sinda capital  Yes great game, good luck with the Ring, we will have to swap Ring knowledge after the game.

Maybe we can merge waht’s left of both sides into one team, LOL

And the secret plan brings us to the last dance.

On and with the promenade between Barad-dur and Mt. Doom.

Albeit a bit long in coming, far better a dramatic, cliff-hanger ending than the now far too common early concession.

A game I have enjoyed. With both friend and foe.

Steve
Dragon Lord

Just for the sake of asking, I know Mike W. and Ian, who are the rest of the DS???

Okay, since you asked.

The Dragon Lord is Steve Allen. I have been playing Middle Earth for better than 13 years, but I am not one of the power players. I appear on the PRS as “Stephen Allen”.

My claim to infamy is being close to called a liar in the “Mouth of Sauron” after my weak character knocked off the Demon of Aglarond. Since I did not have internet access at the time, by the time I learned of the insult I found it amusing.

In my other life, I am a bureaucrat, local magistrate, volunteer firefighter, pillar of the community (yes, desperate community), and geezer-in-training. It keeps me busy.

And, of course, I have my family life, and my personal life.

Then, there is the secret life, known only to me and my soothsayer, but that is a tale for late night radio.

I live in California, but in an out of the way area often forgotten or referred to as the “Lost Sierra” or the “Renegade Outpost”. Early in my first game of Middle Earth, I had sixteen feet of snow in my yard. We just had a white Easter. This is not hot tub and white wine California.

I game for fun.

Is that the sort of information for which you are asking?
