He’s being “in character”. The bridge had nothing to do with his decision in real life, but it does make for a good story “in-game”.
Well now the supossedly suicidal charge by the WK makes perfect sense. Two “Neutrals” jump right on cue… Nice moves. Do the words Pearl Harbour mean anything?

Good job suckering us into DG, because in every other game I have ever played, the FP never tried to take it. Good job assassinating away the Dwarf army on DG, now we surely will not have the troops required to take it. Maybe you guys could assassinate Mahrcared this turn and save me his upkeep? And yes, our entire team strategy was counting on threatening away DG from you. I’m not even sure why we bother playing against such competent opponents. I, for one, am actually considering dropping out of hopelessness. And don’t ask about the Sinda. There is no Sinda in this game. Having you attack them would bring us nothing but joy.
P.S. Use caution in your reply, as reports indicate that your runners may also be compromised and cannot be relied upon to deliver the proper message to your foes.

I imagine you breathed a sigh of relief when our combined armies failed to arrive at your capital.
You were wondering earlier about my initial move.
Our initial orders were given before we learned that Rhudaur had so wisely decided to join our victorious march. The idea was to remove the Cardolan first wave with good odds (worked nicely), then head for the Arthedain capital and threaten it away with all the WK starting armies.
So if you breathed a sigh of relief before, breathe another deeper sigh. I’ll have to wait for another game to see if the strategy works…

So all I can do is Thank the Fp for extra loyality and the total destruction on the 3300 dwarven starting troops along with one of their best Army commanders…

This is clearly proven it’self out in Game! While my startegy is quite clear in all games… To make myself such a nuisance and target that it creates opportunities for my teamates to beat the pants off our opposition… If this sounds like gm 51… Well shucks… Just might be my style and joy of not getting the huge ratings by being meek and cordail like some sporting event…

Breathing a sigh of relief about you not reaching my capital? What on earth are you talking about? I imagine that this is just propaganda for the other neutrals? You were never anywhere near my capital.
By the way - I totally take my hat off to you for your tactics. “If” you committed all of your western forces towards Cardolan without Rhudaur/Duns backing then it was a very brave (some might call it stupid) move. I suspect that you may have had very early support from at least Rhudaur before you did this.
Head back to me if you want but if you do then you’ll get a good kicking.

We’ve described your tactics as “pearl harbour”. In actual fact the Japanese did try to warn the USA of the attack on Pearl Harbour before they committed it… Having one nation using this tactic against you in a game is bad enough - 2 is taking the urine, certainly in the first 3 turns.
It’s a game - the rules are there and there and no abuse has been committed. Rest assured though that I will be playing this game for many years to come and I will have my revenge.
I now call on the Easterlings, Harad and Corsairs players to do the right thing and combat these cowardly tactics by the DS and neutrals and come and join the forces of the free.
