I see no response from the FP this turn. Have they finally realized the futility of their cause? I had previously asked you to take the high road and drop, now I want this game to go on another 10 turns at least. I’m getting so much joy from slaughtering the feeble minded and weak that I’m starting to believe there might be something wrong with me.

The “great” DS plan?
You guys have been saying this for 4 turns now. When will it come? If your master plan doesnt work are you about to throw your hat in. So igues either the Freeps will throw in the towel this turn or the DS will if thats your reasoning about us dropping.
The Freeps are playing a game, a game, is this some alien concept?
If you are going to win it, then win it. We, the Freeps, like to win yes, but play even more. Maybe if this Master Plan comes off after the game we can all discuss it and learn from it and be better players for it. If you cant understand this then just get off it.
If not I would like to see how it was played out but this stuff you guys keep posting turn after turn is just making me yawn!

Anyone can look good with insider trading, so I assume if what you say is true, then you really werent able to win from your own superior play, so you boasting is just a load of crap.

Guys it’s turn 20 and even with one first timer a second gamer and a few other newbies you are still yet to put a single freep nation away. If you guys are so good why are we not dead and buried already. As for your inside information if you need that to defeat us after all your talk about how good you guys are and how crap we are then you are very sad people indeed. We will not be resigning until the position is beyond doubt, you will have to beat us to win, it’s not going to be handed to you on a platter.

It’s really funny to see the Elf get so angry. If he could only put all that energy into actually participating in this game maybe the FP could make some progress. I guess he’s too busy trying to figure out how much food he needs to climb the mountain at 2809(keep trying you’ll get it one day!) and picking characters for Ringlin to curse by himself and…umm…that’s it.

Sinda, you’re not reading the right threads. It’s your Dwarf and Cardy allies that keep talking about swamping us with thousands of troops. We’ve simply been scratching our heads, rolling our eyes, and telling you to put up or shut up (and preferably resign honourably). YOU are the one who presented us with concrete details of a plan - “Wait until winter (the 2nd winter of this game, that is) and then we’ll swamp you with our…economies…” or something like that.
Herman: you’re not the only team with newbies, 2nd gamers, etc. Don’t pat yourself on the back over the duration of your survival - it’s trite.
Insider Information: I said inside “knowledge”, not “information”. Take a second to think about the possible differences - I’m assuming you have a few seconds to do so as I can find little evidence beyond the front line humans that any of you have spent that much time preparing your turns.
The DS have been extremely cautious this game. Gondor and Eothraim earned a certain amount of respect right off - but we weathered the attempted break in WINTER (yes Sinda, we know…the First Winter…). Northmen hiding his capital took some momentum out of the East, and then we all sat around for a while. We haven’t seen any evidence of the FP actually doing anything during this lull period. You’ve seen our assassins, you’ve felt our curses, you’ve lost to our emissaries. Now you’ll begin to die to our armies. We’ll enjoy your “determined” screams of pain, terror, and woe as long as you continue to take the same pills you’ve been taking that convince you this is a competition…

Just wanted to drop a line about this accusation of access to “inside information”. We do not have any inside information. Further if we gained access to such we would turn it down as it would defeat the purpose and spirit of the game. A number of people on both teams know each other through online or even real life, but none of them have abused these relationships. Discussion among friends is just banter, neither side wants to spoil the competition. Thanks for hanging in there.

The leader of the Eothraim has dosed me with Guinness on more than one occasion to get DS insider information… I am pretty sure it did not work though.
