Did the FP lose 2 cities or was it 2 cities AND 2 mts? At least one of those popcens was a capital, and I think the number of capitals might have been 3. Where will the Northman run to now, and how long before we get some troops onto the revealed Rhubar? 
Woodie, that was a classic example of why you do NOT issue multiple guards on the same target. 4 characters dead at your capital, inlcuding the AComm, and all I did was issue 3 steals. According to our scochar report, we got all of the characters on your capital. :eek:
Thanks also for the 13000. I hope Beoraborn had life insurance to cover funeral expenses. At least the reduction in maintenance costs should prevent you from going bankrupt for lack of 325 orders at your capital this turn. 
Seriously, now, do you guys really want to continue this? I understand staying in when things look bad, but we are well past that point now.
The DS are all enjoying the lopsidedness of this game. Some of us are experimenting with the rules, and it is always interesting when you have the ability to spend character orders on rule experimentation. However, it surprises me that any of the FP see any value in continuing this game.
Anyway, the real gloating will begin when I read my teammate’s pdfs. Cardy, I said T30 and you said T50. Do you wonder which of us will be closer to the mark?

You are tired of this game ? Is your posting to be understood as if you are considering surrendering ? I dont think we can accept your surrender as we do not have the required housing to accomodate the prisoners. If you handed back some of those pc’s we might be able to comply with your request.
Yes, I changed my mind. I think the game will end around turn 24 or so. And Pearly you said T30. Do you wonder which of us will be closer to the mark ?
Just a quick note to say well done to the DS in this game, we had our moments but we’ve been given a good hiding in all fairness. The neutral split was a killer but you guys put in some good moves too.

I have not won as a FP in a while, and this was a hard fought game. Would any of you care to swap ending pdf’s? I cannot promise that my teammates will give theirs up, but I can arrange to transfer for those of us who wish to do so.
I recall that there were originally 8 or 10 starting players hoping to enter this game on the same side, and we were split apart for balance. To any of those players in particular who gutted it out on the FP side, thanks again.

Indeed you are right, we did say that. Fact is that I only just made it to the end with very few characters but at least I made it. You know I won’t drop unless I really have to
I received word from HQ that not all of your teammates have called up HQ to drop, only most of them according to Rob. The DS are still planning the turn, but could you make a statement affirming or denying that the FP have dropped?
And is anyone interested amongst the FP in swapping pdf’s?

I can confirm that I have sent a statement I have dropped and received confirmation from Clint. We had a vote at the end, with the final score of 4-2 to end the game. Simon has asked on the group site, presumably in response to your question and hopefully we will be able to find out what the situation is.
In terms of pdfs I was the team mapmaker and hence have copies of all the pdfs. Am willing to share copies of my files and if other people on the team want to exchange and let me know I can co-ordinate things on the FP side.

I am very interested in trading material. Of course, my teammates and I want to wait until we receive the last turn pdfs from HQ before we swap.
I am going to be without regular interent access for the next 15 days, which may also delay any pdf swap. I am going to ask one of my teammates to liaise with you, assuming the last pdf runs this Friday and I am then incommunicado for 1/2 month.

Have only heard from a couple of our player so far but both have expressed a willingness to swap pdfs. A couple have confirmed their concession.
One of those received a message asking him to confirm he was quiting and I think there were 4 people who hadn’t replied to Harly by then. One of those has since confirmed and my mate was knocked out last turn so it doesn’t apply to him. [He has emailed Harly to that effect]. He couldn’t remember who the other two players were.
