I must say that where are still looking through the turns, but overall it looks like we had a nice first turn, without any big surprisses. SGo, Sinda and Corsairs decided they wanted a piece of the wast Harad empire… hope you intend to bring more reinforcements, because those petty troops wont last long in those rough hills.
Harad isn’t my department so I will leave the taunting for that area to someone else.
What I’d like to know is: Did Ji Indur get lost or what? Shouldn’t he be at 3024 trying to get the bridge like a good little agent? I don’t think he’ll find 3124 to be his sort of Mtown.
Greetings, Supreme and Mighty Queen Marilyn, ruler of Minas Anor and Burh Waldmarh.
I am worried by the presence and hostile behaviour of the North Gordon forces under Telumehtar, outside the gates of my southen hold Barad Perras. I am aware that some of my northen and eastern allies are talking about war and conquest, but it is my hope that You of all, my lady knows that myself and my subjects hold no ill will against our Gondorian neighboors and no other nation. I will never raise blade or spell against You or any of your allies. I have at this moment send diplomats towards Minas Anor and hope for their audience at Your ledge. It is my hope that You too will send emissaries to Durthang so we can discuss ways to ensure the peace between our nations. They will be warm welcomed. No blood has to be wasted. Your actions can decide between peace … and war.

Dear Saddam:
Yes, but will you promise to destroy your stockpile of weapons of mass destruction? ; )
Greetings also to you, dearest Hoarmûrath of Durthang!
I must appologize if the behavior of my subjects at Barad Perras have seemed hostile. As I am sure you realize, these men are merely there to enjoy the fine scenery and local cuisine, as I am sure that your men at Minas Ithil are doing the same. I do have some concern over the behavior of the men belonging to Ren the Unclean. I am afraid that their manners are atrocious and, following their leader’s example, their personal hygeine is violating the health codes of the region. Given this I must request that all troops withdraw from Minas Ithil until such time as their shortcomings can be fully addressed and corrected.
As to your diplomats, we would heartily welcome them and grant them audience. Of course, my emisaries and those of my peace loving bretheren will arrive in Durthang as soon as the icy grip of winter has released the roads through the mountains.
Please rest assured that the peoples of Northern Gondor are as deeply committed to peace between our nations as yours are.
Yours in Peace,
HRH Marilyn, Queen of Northern Gondor and the Principalities of the Eothraim
Greetings, Supreme and Mighty Queen Marilyn, ruler of Minas Anor and Principalities of Burh Waldmarh.
First of all, Are you sure that Telumehtar shares Your views of what actions Your troops are to undertake at Barad Perras ? Words to me is that he is behaving quiet aggresive. I am however calmed by Your words, that they hold no ill will and will not harm or subjugate settlements under my protection.
Secondly, what are these troop under my command You speak of ? I do not understand what Your mean My Lady. If troops under Ren the Unclean are causing Your trouble I will send words to him right away for an explanation.
Yes, the Ice is certianly strong in the Illithid pass this winter. I await eagerly Your diplomats and have myself already dispacthed mine. Actually I would have expected my emissaries of peace to have reached Minas Anor by now. You have not heard words from them yet ?
With hopes for a strong and lasting peace, Hoarmûrath of Durthang
I am sure that Telumetar will be nothing but kind and gentle to the folks of Barad Perras provided there is no provocation.
As for Minas Ithil, your Commander Baltab is there with more than a few of your own troops. If they are lost, I am certain the local constable can tell them where they need to go.
Thus far, your diplomats have not come foward to declare themselves and we await their arrival at our doors.
Yours in Peace,
HRH Marilyn, Queen of Northern Gondor and the Principalities of the Eothraim

I am angered by Baltab actions. You must trust me when I tell You that the orders given to Baltab by me was to march his troop to Barad Perras and station them there. For some reason unknown to me he has marched on Minas Ithill. I can assure You he will be severely punished. I understand this must have a major impact on the plans our nations had for the peace, but I do not hope it made them impossible. I will personally travel to Minas Anor to speak to You. Please rethink Your hostile thought. There can still be peace.
