Game 81

OOOohhhh… I guess Pandora is not happy knowing she’s a target… oh hold on, I’m heading into the Ithil pass…

I guess the question for you is how many commanders and agents do I have in the army/hex… since you only named 1… you’ll have to wonder at your scout reports and recons…

Is it too late to tell you I’m still an undecided neutral…

Sorry I didn’t see you there.
Anyway I don’t like Pointy Ears, I prefer Beards:bash:

TTFN Lomelinde.

We are all eagerly waiting for the last turns results to come in, well when i say all what i mean to say is that the FP’s are though i’m unsure about the DS especially the Duns.

I thought the FPs had managed to hack into MEPBM HQ and corrupt the game as a way of getting a draw out of this one?

Hey! No giving away our secrets

And we thought it was the DS, cause it’s such an underhand ploy that only the DS are capable of

Whoever it is hasn’t done a good enough job as ME reckon they are close to fixing it (last email I received from them)!!!

Boo… and there I was looking forward to a free game and some credit

Michael

When this game is over, please let me know what Storm Shadow’s stats were when he killed Elrohir.

Thanks - Doug

Will do. Lemme just say (not boasting in any way here) that the fact the Elrohir is dead completely outweighs the fact that the turns were delayed. I think this has made my game… Its too bad though, would you be willing to share Elrohir’s stats as well (arties and all)??

Hey Freeps, did we hit the jackpot or what!!

Thanks a lot! I mean…Roc, RoW, Collohwesta and Elenya all in one fatal strike.

We will make sure those artifacts are put to good use.:stab:

(Couldnt resist)

I will be glad to. The weaknesses was a great move. I am disappointed that you go past Hariae’s guard character. He’s not a bad agent. But then again, I’ve failed spells with 99% so somebody has to get my share of luck.

as an aside, does the target’s health actually matter in figuring the effectiveness of agent orders? I had thought not but I would like clarification.
thanks

I don’t know definitively, but I believe it absolutely does. My guess is that either current health expressed as a decimal is mutipled against the targets roll (reducing it) or that the percentage of wounds comes directly off of the roll (which would be even more damning for anyone less than 100 natural rank) but without access to the code it is just conjecture. I have intended to try exactly what you folks did this turn.

One must assume that when something appears to be common sense, it’s factored into the equation…

OH! You had to use the ‘A’ word!

As my idol Benny Hill used to say…

ass’u’me makes an

Here’s a new Cardolan proverb:

A guard a day helps put Dun thiefs away!

If you all dont mind me asking… What were you guys trying to do, putting all of those arties on one guy?:confused::confused: You dont have to answer right now, but maybe at the games conclusion?

IK:cool:

He was moving to a safe spot to redistribute this turn…but you are right, that was a bad move on my part.

Not necessarily calling it a bad move, (i can see why you would put them on one guy, i think i just got lucky!!!)

If you feel that bad about it, we’ll accept them back.

I’d like to point out that in a chivalrous and gentlemanly manner I let Khamul go this turn. I’d be grateful if you would do the same as part of a prisoner exchange and allow Amroth to return home. He promises not to take up arms against you again (in hex 3435)
