I’m just glad that both our teams were able to be of some help and hopefully offer some comfort at this awful time for you.

Middle Earth is a good game but I have also been fortunate to meet some excellent people through the game. I know that I consider each member of my team as a personal friend and I’m sure it is similar for other teams.
All the best for 2009 for you, your mother and your team (but not too much good luck for your team please.:))

I dont mean to stir bu thtis is the best place to put this… Gerhard… I did have time… for you mate… but Brad was ruling the roost so ignored it all mate… And for that I AM sorry… Why? I let my personal feelings cloud my judgemnent… And Brad is a good gaming friend too but his cries of gimme, gimme, gimme were too much… The idea for the WK is to survive… Does he not still do that?? ahem… Maybe Mordor should have played better to help support him?? yes no??? No matter I played to die eventually(unsupported). The Avenger has continued as stubbornly as I would have… He will need agents eventually though… Check the messages did I not call upon those?? Im gone from this so say what you will. I set up the WK to survive until Mordors characters could support and he lives still… Am I a genius?? no… Andy Wright, Lewis morton and I came up with this plan at the FTF in 2004 I think…
Not the time or place to have at this one but played with Andy and Lewis and sometimes they had good ideas and sometimes they did not.
Sometimes you have a good game and sometimes you dont. The tactics can be great if they work but if they dont then one is left with egg on the face.
In this case its not hard to see what happened but its done and dusted and time to let it go
The silence is deafening, LOL, The Circle has gotta have a perfect turn coming as they wait for their Captian to take care of real world stuff, nooooooooooooooooooot

Arthy That was great move throughing yourself against my walls… One of the best moves I seen in this game at least since I joined it… to bad I had enough gold to survive it.
Alan i was acatually hoping you was still on the team! Been to many years and recent history has only been as adversaries… i Hope to play with you again sometime… I have nothing but respect for you as a player… Even though as adversaries I’ll do everything in my power to take you out of your game as you well know!

Well I heard you had enough gold to survive last turn, but not this one.
That was one reason for your team to quit.
Alas life effects the game and we should never have played the last turn as simple put it was a mess shrown together at the last minite in order not to delay the game further. Never a wise move where a few days more would have seen one carry on for a great hard fought game. Thats life one moves on.
