Argeleb II would like to thank the Rhuadar people for surrendering their capital. I was going to burn it down, but realised that I needed accomodation close to the WK’s fun park. Now i am nice and close and will abe able to get in, before the place is overloaded with Duns, Dwarves, Woodies and Cardies.
I hate to say this, but it doesn’t look as though the WK has enough fun in his park to go around for all the visitors First in first served I say

Apparently the WK forces at 2007 were their crack Suicide Squads… they basically karked it in front of me. It has totally put me out having that army survive… Now I will have to change my orders for this turn. Mind you it means I finally get some Rhu territory to call my own. I bags first dibs on the Roller Coaster!

If he gets there early he’ll have the best choice of off-map slums. WK and Dragon soon to follow me-thinks. As for the Rhuad, i’m not too sure if he’s gone or not, but as a serious player his game is over :fork:
I sent an email to MEGames and Guy asking for a 1 week extension, making this game run on August 15th instead of August 8 - 1 turn 3 week turnaround, switch the weeks, then back to 2 week turnaround. Who’s your captain and can we do this?
Interesting post, interesting timing. For the record, this game ending had nothing to do with the actual map, orders, or perceived status of either the FP or DS. It had to do with politics outside the game entirely. So take the credit and feel good about yourself, that’s entirely within your power! I guess this makes you another beneficiary of the OBN, golly gee, the Free People won because of the OBN~! Call the press!
Oh no no no, nothing to do with the game. Nothing personal, at that point anyone with an once of meaningful experience would be able to say “The FP are ahead”. Same people would also know better than to make a final result prediction at such a point. This was all OBN politics that resulted in the game ending, pure and simple. And I’m heavily disappointed also, I was looking forward to playing against a good FP group that was going to push, if not kill, the DS.
