I grow stronger every turn yet somehow that’s not winning or good strategy even for the team I’m on…
Gads man, you mean they have the audacity to argue with you? We can’t see it, looks to us that you have them eating out of your hands, at least the Long Rider and Cloud Lord - who else is there anyway…??
The real problem is how are the FP team gonna stop me now from taking out the Easterlings and Corsiars!
Well, we’re debating that just now. There’s a considerable faction that’s convinced that if the Corsairs and Easterlings simply Special Service for the next 15 turns they’re likely to end up pretty well off. Others are arguing that it’s imperative for Corsairs and Easterlings to send forces immediately to the Rhovanion to intercept the Fire King threat. Then there is a silent voice in the dark calling for the Elves to send all their emissaries down to challenge more of your characters. You are bang on, it’s a real problem for us
Witchy Poo , see you finally got an army going on 2006 – not gonna save you from Sarkar’s knights in two turns when I get there !! First we Liberate Eldanar !! Artamir’s army was the first course , Sarkars will be the second and last one :bash: that will give you killer indegestion
Hmm – Just wondering if the Dark Side was nice enough to help rhuduar continue by providing him with a new Capital or did they leave him out to dry :stab: !! Duns capital doesn’t look to healthy :bash: , unless you got a dragon its toast :fork: !!
Hi, Merry Christmas. No need to worried. Dragons are nice and warm at this time of year. Plenty around these parts. Dont think the Duns are about to loose their capital this turn. The best you can hope for is a reduction in army costs. Next time bring a bigger army, LOL
Witchy Poo – I come a knocking and no one is home to play at Carn Dum , Oh well time to clean out the mess , tear down the Castle and make the place livable for human habitation , we shall send Morwen over to give it a nice woman touch with some curtains and drapes here and there !! My Dunadan Knights w/lances are all upset – in there finest steel armor , been training like crazy for this assault and shiny new War machines , they were hoping for some Orc or Troll Blood but would have settled for even Goblin blood , if that would have been all you could muster !!
Hmm – If not mistaken – I see your Starting capital is now a Town , belonging to the freeps , what happened to the dragon he got scared and left before the fight !! Afraid to see what would happen if we do bring bigger armies – probably lose all of Enedwaith you will !!
How many is that now? 1? 2? 3? I guess we won’t know for a while yet as you can tell this was a calculated move - “Sorry guys, you’re doomed, we got other things to do…”…most of those other things certainly feel like a more traditional middle of the map kind of things…ouch…
The DS made a large blunder by devoting so much resources to the south. How many dragons did the QA end up with? I saw 2 in his army at his capital. Why did the QA get 2 dragons that he never ended up using? I saw a dragon in a CL army!?!?! That he never used - what a waste.
You had the bulk of your agents chasing armies around with mixed success - the south is a large place and hard to predict where people will go.
Hindsight tells us that your strategy of pouring resources into the south was the wrong strategy.
If you had poured the resources into the NW and north this would be a very different game. The Northmen were leading in VP at one point in the game. That happened because the “traditional” game of the NW and North FP nations getting hammered didn’t happen. There is a reason the DS tend to pour resources into the NW and the north.
The only pact the Corsairs and Easterlings had was to take out Harad - we didn’t care if it was with the DS or the FP. Terry eliminated any chance of us joining the DS. He was convinced we were out to “get him”. We were not. We were out to get Harad - and we got him. We would have actually preferred to join the DS. We would have, had we had a diplomatic QA player. Of course it is clear that the Harad and QA were planning to hit the Corsairs early on.
It was 13 (DS) to 12 (FP). Now it is 12 (FP) to 11 (DS). Though the Harad are greatly reduced and on lifesupport.
The game isn’t over yet. However, it is now the FP’s game to lose - not the DS game to win. The DS need the FP to make a mistake (or several) to win. The DS can not win without a FP blunder of some sort.
Well, they saved the QA in effect. And we failed in our pushes against Mordor. They decided they weren’t strong enough to impact both North and South decisively. Those are decisions that sometimes have to be made.
The DS can not win without a FP blunder of some sort.
Which means, the DS are veeerrrrry much in play in this game, yes…??
Well. How the Mighty are falling… Too bad for you, no matter what kind of personal BS is driving your play, you will not remove me from this particular game.
EVER.
So keep it up, your blind side is showing and that’s very very likely where I’m sitting, giggling away whilst you beat your chests.
Interesting again… Was i suppose to roll over and play dead at SG Corsairs and easterlings beck and call! Not!
I praticulrly looking forward to introducing Dragons to Corsiars! Afterall the FP have how many recruiting bases in the south I have what at game start?
The NW the DS got outplayed you guys did great… But Am I suppose give up the south roll over and play dead again In the Rich south!
As for not being able to win! Gimme a break! when FP can take my capitol Maybe! So you better figuire out how to breach Mordor for real this time! Becuase Rhun is going down…
